Design & Development
Social Whale developed by Nick (founder & api core development), Kostas (interface & core developer), Yiannis (web design) and Leonidas (web developer). Our web client interface, logo and most of the icons we’ve used designed by Vassilis.

Music
For our promotional video on Youtube, we’ve used “Suriname” a Tristan Cooke’s track from the Chemisphere album. If you are into trance music you should definitely check out his music.
Open source
Social Whale is a project that created using open source technologies and in general we are a company dedicated to open source innovation. We are using Ubuntu powered workstations and servers and web technologies like Apache, mysql, php, memcached, jQuery, aspell, googiespell and piwik among others.
jQuery plugins & Javascript libraries
For the user interface we have used jQuery and a few javascript libraries. Here is the list: AJS library, googiespell, autocomplete, base64, bgiframe, bt, easing, FancyBox, filament group menus, floating box, jQuery form, hoverIntent, jGrowl, mcDropdown, neonflash, pngFix, jQuery UI, jscroller.
