Information Social Whale collects

We collect personal information at several places on the Website, including without limitation:

• User information from your twitter account (although we do not collect your email address or your phone number)
• Twitter username and password in case you login with the basic auth system. Those credentials are stored only in cookies and Social Whale is not storing them anywhere else.
• Status updates that appear in your favorites and status updates that appear in groups. In case your twitter account is protected we do not allow other people to add your status updates in groups.
• Social Whale keep logs whenever you visit our web site. This Log Data may include information such as your IP address, browser type, the web pages you visit, the search terms you use, and any advertisements on which you click and we use it to monitor the use of our web site and our service.
• Social Whale is using cookies to improve our web site and service. You can avoid this by changing the settings of your web browser but then it would be probably impossible to use our service.

Information Sharing and Disclosure

We may share your personal information with our contractors and service providers in order to maintain, enhance, or add to the functionality of our web site and services. Children

Any person who provides their personal information to Social Whale through the Websites represents that they are 13 years of age or older.
